To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

• Packaging must be sealed and undamaged.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
• All accessories, manuals, and additional items included with the product must be returned.
• If purchased as part of a set or bundle, all related items must be returned together.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:

• Online payments – Refunded to the original credit/debit card or payment wallet.
• Prepaid Wallet payments – Refunded to a new prepaid wallet balance.
• Cash on Delivery payments – Refunded via bank transfer (requires refund request form).

• Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable on the website are not eligible for returns.
• Returns can be processed at any IKI Arabia store or arranged for pickup.
• Refunds for card payments may take 10-15 business days to process.
• Cash-on-delivery refunds require a completed refund request form.
