At IKI Arabia, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

An incorrect product was delivered.

The delivered product does not match the description provided online.

The product was near or past its expiry date upon delivery.

An item from the original order was missing from the delivery.
Refund Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Packaging must be sealed and undamaged.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

All accessories, manuals, and additional items included with the product must be returned.

If purchased as part of a set or bundle, all related items must be returned together.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:

Online payments – Refunded to the original credit/debit card or payment wallet.

Prepaid Wallet payments – Refunded to a new prepaid wallet balance.

Cash on Delivery payments – Refunded via bank transfer (requires refund request form).
Additional Refund Information

Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable on the website are not eligible for returns.

Returns can be processed at any IKI Arabia store or arranged for pickup.

Refunds for card payments may take 10-15 business days to process.

Cash-on-delivery refunds require a completed refund request form.

VAT will be refunded if applicable (proof of purchase required).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery or collection.
